Installation Guide
Tools Required: 4mm/5mm Allen keys
Time Required: 15 minutes
- Remove OEM radiator guard bolts (top and bottom mounting points)
- Carefully remove stock guard, noting washer positions
- Position Motone guard with Union Jack oriented correctly
- Install using OEM bolts and washers in reverse order
- Tighten evenly to hand-tight plus 1/4 turn
- Verify guard doesn’t contact radiator or hoses
