Description
The racing full kit for the Triumph Bonneville T120, entirely handmade in Italy, includes headers and a silencer made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The system delivers increased power and a significant weight reduction of -9.9 kg (-21.8 lbs) compared to the original exhaust, improving throttle response and handling.
Available in satin, Cerakote® black, or mirror-polished finishes, the kit features a low-mounted layout that perfectly matches the frame and proportions of the T120. The sound is deeper and fuller, enhancing the character of the British twin-cylinder.
Warning: after installing the Zard racing full kit, the motorcycle’s ECU in E5 Plus configuration may detect a catalyst anomaly, triggering the catalytic converter warning light (informational). To prevent this warning light from activating, ECU remapping is required.
NOTE: The exhaust can be mounted in a rearward position by purchasing the ‘REAR EXHAUST CONVERSION KIT’ available as an optional accessory.
