Material: The Iron Heart IHSH-333 is made from an extremely thick 12oz flannel fabric, using 100% premium Aspero cotton imported from the Andes region of Peru. The fabric is woven using a twill method and undergoes a single-sided brushing process on the outside and double-sided brushing on the inside, providing a soft feel while maintaining warmth, thickness, and excellent wind resistance.

Design: The Iron Heart IHSH-333 is inspired by classic Western shirts, with a slim fit that maintains shape while providing comfort. Notable details include Western-style front and back yokes, wide chest pockets with flaps and Permex snap buttons featuring the Iron Heart logo, a curved hem, and optional upgraded high-quality snap buttons.

Details: After finishing, the product is overdyed with black sulfur dye – an exclusive technique that creates a unique patina effect over time. This dye layer will gradually reveal the classic blue "blanket check" pattern underneath. Meticulous stitching with single, double, and triple needle techniques, bar tack reinforcement at stress points, and durable poly/cotton thread – all contribute to a strong, perfectly finished flannel down to every detail.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water (max 30°C), turning the shirt inside out.
• Avoid using harsh detergents or strong laundry soap to protect the fabric color and overdyed layer.
