• Material: The Samurai SJST-SC03 T-shirt uses 100% untreated natural cotton, part of the Japanese Cotton Project.
The fabric is slub-woven, creating a rough, rustic yet durable surface that softens with wear.
Available in 2 colors: Natural: the original color of cotton; Black: hand-dyed from Japanese black beans (kuromame), gradually fading to charcoal grey over time, creating a unique “vintage” effect.
With a thickness of approximately 16oz, it is suitable for workwear, engineer, and ametora styles.
• Design: Regular fit – neat yet comfortable.
Round neck, seamless sides thanks to tubular knitting technique – creating a continuous, more durable feel when worn.
Small left chest pocket adds a subtle accent, embodying the minimalist spirit characteristic of the Samurai Jeans brand.
The shirt has been one-washed to reduce shrinkage and increase softness.
• Details: The shirt is sewn with a 3-needle technique on the collar and sleeves – areas that typically endure stress.
The body seams are flat and durable, preventing fraying with long-term use.
The entire production process – from cotton to finished product – is carried out in Japan, ensuring high quality and handcrafted perfection.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle at normal water temperature to prevent shrinkage
- Do not use harsh bleaches
- Avoid high-temperature drying and ironing
- Turn inside out when drying to preserve color
- Do not dry in direct sunlight, only in a cool, airy place
