The Zard Full System 2>2 is a premium exhaust system designed for the 2021–2023 Triumph Bonneville T120. Designed and handcrafted in Italy, the exhaust system uses AISI 304 stainless steel, combined with precise TIG welding, to deliver a refined finish. The 2>2 exhaust configuration retains the classic look of the T120, while improving exhaust flow and delivering Zard's signature deep, powerful sound. The de-cat design significantly reduces weight and increases engine performance.

INSTALLATION AND USE

• Remove the stock exhaust and catalytic converter
• Install the Zard system in the order of headers → mufflers
• Tighten all connections, check for exhaust leaks
• Can be installed in the standard position or further back (with optional accessories)
• It is recommended to start the engine and recheck after installation
