The Motone Billet Radiator Guard Kit – Union Jack – Black is a premium radiator guard designed specifically for modern Triumph Bonneville models. Featuring a unique Union Jack design, this product not only protects the radiator from external factors but also enhances the bike's aesthetic appeal. The kit is CNC machined from 6061T aluminum and steel, ensuring exceptional durability and corrosion resistance.

INSTALLATION AND USE
- Ensure the vehicle has completely cooled down before starting installation.
- Remove existing radiator mounting bolts (if any) to create space for installation.
- Position the Motone guard in front of the radiator, ensuring the mounting holes align with the bike's frame.
- Use the included bolts to secure the guard to the bike's frame.
- Recheck all mounting points to ensure the guard is securely installed and there is no looseness.
NOTE: No adjustments or cutting are required; the product is designed for direct installation. After installation, start the bike and check for any vibrations or contact with other components.
