The Motone Tanto Chain Guard - CSS006 is a premium accessory for Triumph Modern Classic models from 2016 onwards. Inspired by the traditional Japanese short sword "Tanto", this product not only offers high aesthetic appeal but also ensures effective chain protection.

INSTALLATION AND USE

• Remove the original chain guard using a standard hex key, keeping the bolts if needed.
• Install the Motone chain guard into the original mounting holes on the swingarm, no drilling or modification required.
• Align and tighten the bolts firmly but not overtight to avoid paint deformation; ensure the chain guard does not touch the chain.
• Recheck after approximately 100–200km of riding to ensure all mounting points are secure.
