 PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Kohken KOK-5000 brake lever guard is CNC machined from high-grade Duralumin aluminum, offering impact resistance and increased safety while riding. Its design allows for adjustable length and angle, accommodating various riding postures. The surface features a matte black anodized finish, providing corrosion resistance and enhancing the bike's aesthetics. It is suitable for bikes with round handlebars with an inner diameter of φ14–φ19mm.

INSTALLATION AND USE

• Remove the current handlebar end weights (if any) to install the lever guard at the end of the handlebar.
• Suitable for round handlebars with an inner diameter from φ14 to φ19mm.
• Adjust the length and opening angle of the lever guard so that it does not interfere with the brake or clutch lever.
• Tighten the fixing screws to ensure the guard does not loosen during operation.

NOTE: Check for tightness after installation, especially before high-speed or long-distance riding.
